- Annual billing saves about 17% against monthly, described on the pricing page as two months free.
- Free trial: 7 days on Standard or Pro. A card is required. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription, and our terms say we email you before that happens. One trial per person.
- Guarantee: a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first subscription payment of a paid plan, requested by email. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid billing cycle; unused days within a cycle are not separately refunded. See the Terms of Service, section 8.4.
- Renewal: subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. We give at least 30 days notice before any price increase.
- Cancellation: from your account settings at any time, or by emailing brian@longtermmindset.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No credit is issued for unused days. Your account drops to the free plan and your saved research stays.
- Payments: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Upgrades: Standard to Pro at any time, with the difference prorated.

Coverage
- 10,000+ global stocks, all of them analyzable on every plan, including Free. There is no per-month cap on how many stocks you can analyze.
- Prices are not real-time. Our data provider states that its stock prices are 15-minute delayed for the companies it covers with its own data, and end-of-day for other geographies. Fundamentals update quickly after a company reports; quotes do not stream. Stock Simplifier is a research tool, not a trading terminal.
- Native currency. Companies that report in another currency display in that currency, not converted to dollars.
